Kelly and Micah have survived the long journey to New Zealand. They were hardly phased by the two day layover in Fiji.
We have been showing them the beauty of Christchurch. Friday we took them on a quick walk around the city center, then for a much needed happy hour to get rid of any jet-lag. Saturday started early with a big breakfast at the Honey Pot Cafe, then some hard core sight seeing. Saturday evening we went to watch the All Blacks destroy the Australian Wallabies to win the Tri-Nations tournament (again). We later met some friends of ours and experienced a bit of the Christchurch nightlife.
In the morning we are off to Queenstown for a bit of skiing and perhaps some bungee jumping.

Mom and Dad Hucks are continuing to email pictures of relaxed dogs to avoid any worries. Everything is chilly in Kanine Kolorado (except for the weather...).
