Guess what everybody!?! It snowed on my birthday! I never thought that it would snow on my June birthday, but it did. What a country! Snow in June, What's next, Summer in January?!?
All is well in Christchurch. Andy's first semester is coming to an end. Holly still loves her new job. Andy had a very nice b-day with a very pleasant gathering of southern hemisphere friends and a few goodies from home. We are organizing a Rocky Horror Picture Show party next weekend at one of the local night clubs. Then we are going to see the All Blacks play rugby on the 21st. Things get kind of slow in the winter here. Most of the houses and flats don't have very good insulation and definitely don't have central heating, so most people just have their heads down, suffering in silence. We happen to have a relatively warm apartment, but it is still expensive to heat. But, no worries, we will just live it up once it gets warm again!

Good to hear from you again. (I check your blog rather frequently.)
We are looking forward to Connie and Bruce visiting Florida next week.It is summer here. The rainy season just started, and the temps are in the 90's everyday. We just spend alot of time in the pool to cool off. You all stay warm, and we will try to stay cool!
