Progress

Andy's grad school applications have gone quite well. He has submitted all the paperwork, jumped through all the hoops. Now we just wait. In the meantime, though, Dr. Grace is letting Andy conduct his experiments while he is in San Diego at a conference. It's not hard work, just putting pigeons in chambers and turning on the computer, but it pays well. It also shows a bit of confidence from Dr. Grace that I will be sticking around...and that's always nice.

In other news, we have had our first announced visitors!!! Hooray Kelly and Micah! They will be venturing to Christchurch in July and we couldn't be more excited. We often talk about what we would show visitors, what walks to take, what cafes, which little village day trip, Sumner or New Brighton, Kaikoura or Akaroa? They are going to have so much fun!
